Please note that Queen City Romance Rooms does not book hotel rooms or Airbnb accommodations on behalf of clients. Securing the event location is the client’s responsibility.
• A $25 travel fee is applied to all bookings and added to your final balance.
• All bookings should be made at least two (2) weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.
• Requests made less than two (2) weeks in advance are subject to availability and will require a $50 late booking (rush) fee.
• All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date and time.
• Deposits must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your invoice.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• If the deposit is not received within 72 hours, the booking request will be cancelled and a new request form must be submitted.
• The remaining balance is due 5–7 days prior to the event date.
• All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.
• Requests to reschedule or cancel must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.
• Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance will receive a refund of 50% of the total booking amount (excluding the deposit).
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
We are committed to providing a high-quality experience and professional décor services. For this reason, all sales are final. Our goal is always to collaborate with you and bring your vision to life with care and attention to detail.
• Clients are responsible for cleanup unless a next-day cleanup service is booked in advance.
• Queen City Romance Rooms is not responsible for venue damages, deposit returns, or loss of personal items.
• We are professional decorators and do not puncture walls or use nails, hooks, pins, or tacks.
• All balloons and décor are installed using damage-free methods, including removable hooks and adhesive dots.
• Décor is never attached to smoke alarms or sprinkler systems.
• We do not use materials that stain or permanently alter surfaces.
• Clients are responsible for confirming and adhering to all venue rules and guidelines.
• Please notify us in advance of any known allergies or sensitivities.

Clients may provide Queen City Romance Rooms with room access through the front desk or arrange to meet in advance to drop off the key.
We accept approved electronic payment methods including Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and other digital payment options. Payment instructions will be provided during booking.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due prior to setup unless otherwise agreed upon.
Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability. Please notify us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
Yes, with venue approval. Clients are responsible for confirming décor permissions with their venue. Queen City Romance Rooms is not responsible for venue restrictions or penalties. All décor is installed using professional, damage-free methods.
Cleanup services are not included with standard bookings. Next-day cleanup is available for an additional $60. Depending on the package selected, certain décor items may require scheduled pickup.
